Battle of the Cumberland Gap Anniversary
148 years ago today, Union forces claimed victory at the Battle of the Cumberland Gap in the U.S. Civil War. The Cumberland Gap was held alternately by Union and Confederate forces, and this song about the period when it was under Confederate control.
