Stay fit and celebrate National Employee Health and Fitness Day and discover the album, “Aerobics for Everyone” a unique recording from the Smithsonian Folkways collection of aerobics instruction set to folk music from around the world.  So if you’re feeling a bit lethargic at work today, get up and follow along to the Russian folk song “Koroboushka.”

Not only does the Smithsonian Folkways collection contain hundreds of world music, jazz and American folk recordings, but also includes instructional albums for banjo, mandolin and tabla, sounds of tree frogs and speech without the use of the larynx and recordings devoted to frequently mispronounced words.
